Yep, I AM a producer..
So I’ve actually got my first job as a music-producer, the first week in on the new year! I’m going to record an EP for a “Fushion-Jazz band”. We had our first meeting yesterday and I got a good feeling to it all..

2012
So it’s new years eve tomorrow, or today actually, and I’d like to write a little post about 2011.
This has been an eventful year, to say the least, with demonstrations over the world, regimes that after decades of terrorizing their people, have been torn down. There have been great artists passing away, horrifying shootings in Norway, important people being accused for rape, mass-murder and terrorism.. The list goes on..
I hadn’t really thought about how this year had been until I listened to the radio this week, and it hit me, like a fist to my face, 2011 has been a really bad year. There have been good things as well, but still, things could have been better.
If I was to sum up my own 2011 with one word, I would say “change”. I’ve been through a lot of changes this year. I’ve been on a roller-coaster for life, and it has been a hell of a ride! I’ve lost a friend, not for life but for me, I’ve gained plenty of new ones and come closer too old friends. I’ve been in love, I’ve been hurt and I have hurt. I’ve been poor, and I’ve been rich. I’ve been on TV, well almost, when I entered the Swedish talent-show “True Talent” on TV3. I moved to Stockholm and started an entire new life. I started school to become a music producer. I’ve had a major crises, I’ve seen evil, I’ve seen good, I’ve felt love and given it back. That’s what makes 2011 a good year.. Love.
Without sounding pretentious, I’d like to thank my dearest friends and family for being there for me when I needed you all the most. I really love you and hope that we will have a great 2012 together!
And I’d like to thank you everyone for listening to my music! Please keep listening!

Back on track..
I finally got myself to the studio and recorded some beautiful music! I’m so glad! The latest project is “Do They Sleep At Night?”. A song I wrote a month ago. I’ve got a producer with me as well, Fredrik Nordin. He’s very talented and we work very well together. We recorded strings today, which I really enjoyed. It has been a while since I picked up the violin..
This is going to be one of my best song I think. Really looking forward to tomorrow and the Vocals we’re going to record..

I’m there soon, I guess
I’m trying to figure out what to write, since it’s been so long..
I guess there isn’t much to say. I’ve had a tough month, but I’ll recover eventually. I’ll get there!
Anyway. I’ve got a lot to do in school and “in real life” as well. Last week I wrote a poem, in swedish. We were assigned to write a “title” first, and write the lyrics or a poem based on the title. Here it is:

Genom en öken av tankar och tid
Som en dans mellan två världar
I en lek av tyngdlöshet
Jag rör mig utan fäste, utan mål

Things are going my way so to speak. A friend of mine offered to design a website for me which is fantastic and really exciting!
